At Run-Gen, we specialize in high-fidelity AI-generated digital assets. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable image assets), all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing download credits or asset packs, you acknowledge that:

• You gain immediate access to digital files which cannot be "returned."
• We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or if you decide you no longer need the assets.
• We do not offer refunds for device incompatibility (please check previews before purchasing).

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

While we operate a strict no-refund policy, we stand by the quality of our delivery system. We WILL provide a full refund or replacement credits if:

• You were charged but did not receive your download credits.
• The downloaded file is technically corrupted or empty.
• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.

3. How to Report a Technical Issue

If you encounter a technical error, please contact us immediately.

• Subject: "Technical Issue - [Order ID]"
• Your account email address.
• Proof of purchase (Gumroad receipt).
• Description of the error (screenshots are helpful).

We will verify the issue log and resolve it within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Fraud

We take fraud seriously. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting our support first will result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of your Run-Gen account.
• Reporting of your account details to payment processors (Gumroad/PayPal) as a fraudulent user.

5. Free / Ad-Supported Downloads

Credits earned through watching ads, referral program, or promotional giveaways have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
