Welcome to Run-Gen. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Run-Gen operates Living Cube, an interactive 3D digital gallery showcasing original AI-generated anime wallpapers. Our services include browsing and viewing wallpapers in our unique cube-based interface, posting anonymous danmaku messages, purchasing high-resolution downloads through third-party payment processing, and obtaining free downloads by watching advertisements or through our referral program.

All content is created exclusively by Run-Gen and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Account Registration

To download wallpapers, you must create an account with a valid email address or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us of unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent.

3. Purchases and Pricing

3.1 Payment Options

We offer the following download packages: Single Download ($0.99 USD for 1 high-resolution wallpaper), 5-Pack ($3.99 USD for 5 downloads), 10-Pack ($7.99 USD for 10 downloads), and Ad-Supported Download (watch one advertisement for 1 free download).

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and conditions.

3.2 Download Credits

Download credits are non-transferable and tied to your account. Credits do not expire but are forfeited upon account deletion. Each download credit allows one high-resolution wallpaper download. Downloaded wallpapers may be re-downloaded at no additional cost from your account history.

3.3 Referral Program

Users may earn free download credits by sharing referral links. When a new user registers through your referral link, both parties receive download credits as specified in the program terms. Referral rewards are subject to monthly limits and may be modified at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

Please see our separate Refund Policy page for complete details. In summary: You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund for unused download credits. Once a wallpaper is downloaded, that credit is non-refundable. Refunds for technical issues are processed on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to post spam, offensive, harassing, or illegal danmaku messages; attempt to circumvent payment systems; reverse engineer the platform; use automated bots; impersonate others; or distribute malware.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All wallpapers, designs, code, and materials on Run-Gen services are our exclusive property or licensed to us. Upon purchasing a download, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes and display them on your personal devices.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute, or share downloaded wallpapers; use them for commercial purposes without permission; claim authorship or remove watermarks/metadata; incorporate into products for sale; or use in NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI training datasets.

6.3 User-Generated Content

By posting danmaku messages, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate your content. You retain ownership but are responsible for ensuring your messages do not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove or hide any danmaku messages that violate our policies, suspend users who repeatedly post inappropriate content, and modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

Run-Gen services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or accuracy of content.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run-Gen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Run-Gen from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

10. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with payment processors and advertisement services, subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their practices or content.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. Upon termination, access is revoked, and unused download credits are forfeited (no refunds). You may delete your account through settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; changes effective upon posting with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms:

• Step 1 - Good Faith Negotiation: You agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days
• Step 2 - Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may initiate mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
• Step 3 - Arbitration or Court: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the People's Republic of China

13.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Run-Gen.
